济宁市某精神病院护士生活质量的调查研究

Study on Quality of Life of Nurses in Psychiatric Hospital in Jining City

目的探讨精神病医院护士的生活质量。方法采用随机抽样法在济宁市某精神病院抽取50名护士为研究对象(研究组),同样方法在当地某综合性医院抽取54名护士作为对照组,用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对其生活质量进行评定。结果精神病医院护士在生活质量总体评价(t=2.601,P=0.012)、躯体功能维度(t=2.785,P=0.008)、总分(t=2.026,P=0.049)、因7进食功能(t=2.519,P=0.015)、因14自尊(t=2.381.P=0.021)、因15社会支持(t=2.821,P=0.007)、因16人际交往(t=2.968,P=0.005)与综合性医院护士比较,差异有统计学意义,其它维度及因子差异无统计学意义。结论精神病医院护士在生活质量方面较在综合医院护理人群的低,影响因素主要是社会对精神疾病的认识态度和社会支持系统,精神病医管理者应关注护理人员的身心健康,改善其工作条件,帮助她们适当减压,提高护理质量。

Objective To study quality of life of nurse in psychiatric hospital.Methods We selected 50 nurses in psychiatric hospital（study group） and 54 nurses in general hospital（conrol group）of Jining city by random sampling method.The quality of life was measured by GQOLI-74.Results There were significant differences between nurses of psychiatric hospital and nurses of general hospital on the overall evaluation of the quality of life（t=2.601,P=0.012）,physical function scores（t=2.785,P=0.008）,total scores（t=2.026,P=0.049）,consumption function（t=2.519,P=0.015）,self-esteem（t=2.381,P=0.021）,social support（t=2.821,P=0.007）,interpersonal contacts（t=2.968,P=0.005）.There was no significant difference on other dimensions and other factors.Conclusion The quality of life of nurse in psychiatric hospital is lower than that in general hospital.Social opinions and support system are important affecting factors.Medical administrators should be concerned about the mental health of nursing staff,improve their working conditions,help them appropriatly decompress and improve the quality of care.
