Overview of Relationship between Memory and Amygdala under Stress

摘要 杏仁核在应激性情感经历的记忆过程中起到关键作用。文章系统回顾了多项应激诱导的杏仁核结构与功能调节以及这些调节对记忆影响的研究。杏仁核独特的应激诱导可塑性,联合其他脑区的改变,可以导致情感障碍患者表现出长期认知改变和病理性焦虑。
