贫困山区农村老年慢性病患者的护理现状及对策

Study on the situations and measures of nursing for the elderly with chronic diseases in poor mountain and rural areas

目的探讨农村老年慢性病患者的护理现状及对策,提高贫困山区农村老年人生活质量。方法对辖区1 794例农村老年人进行健康检查和对500例农村老年慢性病患者进行护理现状调查,对结果进行分析。结果①山区农村老年人患病率达86.8%,患两种及以上疾病的占67.9%;②农村老年慢性病患者得不到规范系统的护理服务;③农村老年人及其家属护理知识缺失。结论应积极加强对农村老年慢性病患者的护理干预,提高贫困山区农村老年人生活质量。

Objective To improve the quality of life of rural elderly in poor mountain areas,explore the situations and measures of nursing for the rural elderly of chronic diseases.Methods 1 794 rural elderly people within the area were undertaken a health check and 500 rural elderly with chronic disease were taken a survey on nursing care, and then the results analysed.Results （1）86.8% of rural elderly people in mountain area had diseases, 67.9% of them suffered from 2 or more diseases; （2）They had no access to standardized care system; （3）The rural elderly and their family were lack of nursing knowledge.Conclusion We should strengthen the care intervention to the rural elderly of chronic diseases, to improve the life quality of elder people in poor mountain and rural areas.
