摘要 细胞数量的稳态调节在生物学中非常重要。T淋巴细胞稳态的调节可以维持外周T淋巴细胞的数量,从而使免疫系统在功能上保持完整。T淋巴细胞的数量减少时,T淋巴细胞通过稳态增殖维持其数量,但稳态增殖将导致记忆样淋巴细胞和自身反应性细胞增加,这同时增加了自身免疫性疾病发生的可能性。另一方面,淋巴细胞减少诱导的稳态增殖使免疫应答增强,这对肿瘤免疫和寄生虫的清除又是有益的。文中对T淋巴细胞稳态增殖与自身免疫的关系作一综述。 The homeostatic regulation of cell numbers is very important in biology.Regulation of T cell homeostasis can maintain the numbers of peripheral T cells and functionally keep the immune system intact.When T cell numbers are decreased,T cells will increase their numbers through homeostatic proliferation which produce memory-like and self-reactive T cells that promote autoimmunity.On the other hand,lymphopenia-induced homeostatic proliferation might enhance immune responses and aid the rejection of the tumors or the elimination of the parasites.In this paper,the relationship between T cell homeostatic proliferation and autoimmunity was discussed.
