摘要
目的通过对五年制高职护生考试焦虑现状及原因的抽样调查,为预防和治疗护生考试焦虑提供第一手资料。方法采用《考试焦虑程度诊断问卷》和《考试焦虑原因和表现自我检查问卷》对150名护生进行问卷调查,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果焦虑检出率为57.3%,中重度焦虑年级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年级整体水平上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);"担心他人对自己的评价"的学生占总体的32.70%,为首要原因。结论五年制护生考试焦虑的现状应引起教育者的重视,建议多开展心理辅导和咨询活动。
Objective This article was to prevent and cure test anxiety through spot check of test anxiety and its causes in five-year vocational nursing students.Methods We investigated 150 participants by Diagnostic Test Anxiety Questionnaire and Causes and Manifestations of Test Anxiety Self-Examination Questionnaire,and analyzed the results.Results 57.3% of students were found in anxiety.There were significant differences among grades in results of moderate and severe anxiety(P0.05).There was no significant difference among grades in the overall level(P0.05).The primary cause of test anxiety was the fear of other people's evaluation.Conclusion The educators should pay attention to test anxiety of nursing students and promote counseling and psychological services.
