摘要
中国的教育该何去何从?近代中国的每位教育家都在思考着这样的问题。出于对现实教育的苦心求索,并从中国历史和国外经验中得到的有益启示,促成了20世纪三四十年代的中国教育思潮高潮的形成。在当时众多教育思潮中,实用主义教育思潮的影响尤为深远。实用主义教育思潮的主要样式有职业教育思潮、平民教育思潮、乡村教育思潮、民众教育思潮、生活教育思潮、生产教育思潮等,其主张是要求教育的宗旨、目标、形式、内容与方法等方面必须从生活实际出发,适应社会发展。
Where should China's education go? Each educator in Modem China is concerned about this problem. In the painstaking educational practice,education philosophy in China reached its climax in the 1930' s and 1940' s. with inspirations from the Chinese history and foreign experiences, Among the various educational trends, the influence of pragmatism education was far - reaching, which includes vocational educational trend, civilian educational trend, rural educational trend, mass educational trend, life educational trend, etc. It advocates educational aims, objectives, format, content and method, must be in accordance with the reality and the social development.
