摘要
学校是孩子成长的摇篮,构建健康、温馨的留守儿童成长环境,是学校、教师急需解决的问题。对此,学校要主动承担起关爱孩子的责任,积极发挥教育的主导作用。文章以广西天等县民族小学为例,研究当前留守儿童教育存在的问题及其存在的原因,并通过分析天等县民族小学实行的以学校为主导,学校、社会、家庭合力管理的多维互动做法,探讨学校对留守儿童教育管理的有效途径。
The school being the cradle for children,and the creation of a healthy and warm environment for the children has become an urgent problem for schools and teachers.That is why schools should be responsible for the care of children and play a leading role in education.In this essay,Tiandeng county is taken as an example in the study of the problems and their causes of the education of hometown-remained children.Tiandeng Primary School for Nationalities has carried out a management mode of combining school,society and families together,and effective solutions to the education management problems of hometown-remained children are discussed through the analysis of this example.
