摘要
辽西是经济发展较慢,对外开放晚,贫困人口相对集中的地区,以朝阳市为例,研究其经济发展过程中存在的主要生态环境问题,并提出了合理的解决措施.
The economic development is slow in the west of Liaoning, the opening is late, and the impoverished population is concen- trated. As an example of the city of Chaoyang, the paper studies the major ecological environmental problems in its economic development and put forward some reasonable measures.
