摘要
诠释了高校图书馆信息资源优化配置中"效率"与"公平"的含义,分析了"效率"与"公平"的关系,阐述了信息资源配置存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施.
The meaning of efficiency and equality in the information resource disposition of universities＇ libraries are explained, the relation bctwcen the efficiency and equality is analyzed and the problems in the information resource disposition are elaborated. Several corresponding solutions to these problems are proposed,
