摘要
首先对H指数的概念和特点作简要介绍,根据《中国学术期刊综合引证报告(2008版)》提供的数据统计分析我国法学期刊中H指数的应用情况,结合法学期刊的学科特点,研究H指数评价期刊质量的优势和不足,并为完善期刊质量评价体系提出建议.
The paper first briefly introduces the concepts and features of H - index according to the data provided by the ＂Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Citation Report （2008edition）＂ and then analyze the application of H - index in the law journals. Combining with the characteristics of legal periodicals, the paper focuses on the research of the advantages and disadvantages of H - index used in Journal Quality Assessment System and to provide some humble opinion for peer scholar~ consultation.
