High precision measurement technology of satellite's angle microvibration

摘要 介绍了卫星微角颤振概念内涵;简述了卫星微角颤振测控技术应用与发展;论述了MHD-ADS和FDI-ADS两类惯性微角颤振测量传感器的工作原理、性能指标和应用;指出MHD-ADS传感器是卫星微角颤振测量的主要技术发展方向;并提出国内在此方向的发展建议。 Definition of the angle microvibration of satellite is introduced.The development and application of satellite's angle microvibration measurement and control is briefly introduced,the principle,performance and application in space of two most sensitive angular vibration sensor,MHD-ADS and FDI-ADS are described.The comparison indicates that the MHD-ADS sensor is the trend of satellite's angle vibration measurement technology.A proposal for satellite's angle microvibration research is proposed.
