摘要
针对有线视频监控布线不灵活和资源消耗大的缺点,提出了一种基于移动传感器的无线视频监控方案。该方案在监控过程中利用移动传感器判断是否出现目标,并控制摄像单元进行视频采集,同时通过无线传输系统传送至监控中心平台进行实时处理。实验结果表明:提出的方案能有效地提高视频监控的有效信息量,节约了存储资源,实现了无目标系统低功耗工作和有目标无线视频监控的目标。
A new wireless video surveillance system based on motion sensor is proposed in view of shortcoming of the video surveillance,which has a complex cable disposal and a wasteful investment.The new scheme makes use of the motion sensor to judge whether the target appeared,controls the vidicon to seize real-time video,and processed them in the sureveillance center by wireless transmission system.The experimental results indicate that it could heighten the validity of video sureveillance through adopting the new presented surveillance scheme,economize the memory,and realize the objective that low power dissipation operation when the target disappears and video surveillance when the target appears on the scene.
