腺苷脱氨酶检测在胸腔积液中的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价胸腔积液腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)在胸腔积液鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析2008年1月—2010年6月我院确诊的57例结核性胸膜炎患者及21例肿瘤患者胸腔积液ADA,比较其活性及阳性率。结果结核性胸腔积液组ADA活性(43.88±21.14)U/L显著高于肿瘤性胸腔积液组的(10.18±7.52)U/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADA诊断结核性胸腔积液的敏感性为75.4%(43/57),特异性为95.2%(20/21)。结论 ADA可作为结核性胸腔积液与肿瘤性胸腔积液鉴别的参考指标。
