颈部动脉血管性病变的CT诊断

Diagnosis of CT in the diseases of carotid vessel

目的探讨Philips64排螺旋CT颈部动脉血管成像的临床应用价值。方法对临床诊断脑梗死及脑供血不足的36例患者行64排螺旋CT颈部血管成像检查,并对扫描结果进行综合分析。结果 36例扫描所得图像均获成功,正常4例,颈动脉病变21例,椎动脉病变11例。同时评价该种成像方法在显示颈部动脉血管性病变细节的优越性。结论 64排螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)检查是一种显示颈部血管病变准确、有效、无创的检查方法,对于临床脑缺血病变进行筛查及临床治疗方案的制定有重要的指导作用。

Objective To study the application value of 64-slice Spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of carotid vessel imaging.Methods 36 Patients with cerebral infarction were examined by 64-slice Spiral CT angiography,all scan results were synthetically analysised.Results 36 cases of the scanning attained successfully.21 cases had the arteria carotis diseases,11 cases had the arteria vertebra diseases;4 cases were normal.Cervix CTA points up disease of vessel and was able to diagnose correctly.Conclusion 64-slices Spiral CT Cvervix CTA was prompt,accurate effective,non-invasive examination,which was important for guiding clinical screening of ischemic lesion and clinical treatment program.
