摘要
将营利组织营销学领域已相对成熟的KANO模型应用到我国高等教育领域的学生满意度研究中,选择了有关学生个人发展、知识获取及能力提升、校园生活、后勤服务及管理、娱乐及健康等方面的16个指标进行实证研究。依据问卷调查结果,对这16个指标中的14个实现了KANO分类,并验证了KANO分类与学生感知重要性之间的相关性。在此基础上,对我国高校提出了几点建议。
The KANO which is comparatively mature in marketing field model for the profit organization is applied to the stu- dy of students' satisfaction in Chinese higher education field. This paper has chosen 16 indexes concerning students' individual devel- opment, knowledge acquisition and ability enhancement, campus life, logistics service and management, entertainment and health for empirical study. According to the survey results, 14 out of the 16 indexes could be statistically classified into KANO categories. The correlation between KANO categories and the importance of students' perception is also examined. Based on the findings, this pa- per proposes some suggestions for Chinese universities.
