摘要
独立学院行政管理专业人才培养目标和学科特征决定了教师必须重视案例教学。但由于独立学院行政管理专业案例教学尚处于起步阶段,因此教师应与学生一同自主进行案例库建设,以此引起案例教学的"思维共振",并引导学生将知识学习与能力提高有机结合。
Training objectives and subject characteristics in administration specialty of independent school determine that teachers must pay attention to case teaching. Case teaching in administration specialty of independent school is still in its infancy, so teachers should build case library together with students independently so as to lead case teaching to "thinking resonance", and guide students to integrate knowledge leaming with ability improving.
