丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Danhong Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Youth Cerebral Infarction with Hyperhomocysteinemia

目的观察丹红还五汤治疗青年脑梗死伴高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)的临床疗效及其对血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的干预效果。方法将符合青年脑梗死伴Hhcy的60例患者随机分为两组,丹红还五汤加常规药物治疗组(治疗组)30例,常规药物治疗组(对照组)30例,观察两组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血浆Hcy含量的变化。结果治疗组临床有效率93.33%,明显优于对照组的73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组Hcy水平均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组改善Hcy水平作用明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组用药期间均未发现明显不良反应,治疗后常规检查亦未发现异常。结论丹红还五汤是治疗青年脑梗死伴Hhcy的有效方剂,其作用可能是通过降低血浆Hcy浓度作用实现的。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of danhong huanwu decoction on youth cerebral infarction with hyperhomocysteinemia（HHCY）and its intervention effect on serum homocysteine（HCY）.Methods 60 cases of youth cerebral infarction with HHCY were randomized into two groups,named danhong huanwu decoction＋conventional medicine group（treatment group,30 cases）and conventional medicine group（control group,30 cases）.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups and serum HCY level was detected before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group,which was superior apparently to 73.81% in control group,indicating significant statistical difference（P0.05）.After treatment,HCY level was improved in either group.The difference was significant statistically as compared with that before treatment in the relevant group（P0.05 or P0.01）.The improvement in HCY level in treatment group was apparently superior to control group,indicating significant statistical difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Danhong Huanwu decoction is the effective formula in the treatment of youth cerebral infarction with HHCY probably through reducing HCY concentration in serum.
