中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血105例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 105 Cases of Functional Uterine Bleeding in Menopause Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将105例门诊及住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组65例,对照组40例。对照组每天口服醋酸甲羟孕酮、戊酸雌二醇治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾益气固冲汤加减治疗,观察两组止血情况、贫血纠正情况、血内分泌激素变化情况以及子宫内膜影像学的改变。结果治疗后治疗组在止血、调整月经周期和改善贫血等全身症状方面与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组子宫内膜均较治疗前有变薄趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后E2激素水平均有升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后E2水平变化比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),激素其他各项指标的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效肯定,优于单纯激素治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on functional uterine bleeding in menopause treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 105 outpatients and inpatients were randomized into two groups,named treatment group（65 cases）and control group（40 cases）.In control group,medrosyprogesterone acetate（MPA）and estradio valerate were taken orally.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,bushen yiqi guchong decoction was supplemented.Hemostatic situation,anemia correction,changes in blood endocrinal hormone and changes in endometrial imaging were observed in two groups.Results After treatment,the general conditions such as hemostatic situation,menstrual cycle regulation and the improvement in anemia in treatment group did not present significant statistical difference as compared with control group（P0.05）.The endometrium in either group became thinner in tendency as compared with that before treatment,indicating significant statistical difference（P0.05）and the difference between groups was significant in statistics（P0.05）,too.After treatment,E2 hormone level increased as compared with that before treatment in either group,indicating significant statistical difference（P0.05）.The difference in E2 hormone level after treatment was significant in statistics between two groups（P0.05）.The differences in other indexes were not significant in statistics（P0.05）.Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine has definite efficacy on functional uterine bleeding in menopause,which is superior to simple hormone therapy.
