摘要
目的研究经阴彩超引导下穿刺活检在晚期卵巢肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法有选择的对13例初步诊断为晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤的患者在阴道彩超引导下进行穿刺活检,取组织条及组织液送病理及细胞学检查。结果经阴彩超引导下穿刺活检卵巢肿瘤成功率100%,穿刺活检病理结果与术后病理结果符合率100%。结论经阴彩超引导下选择性对卵巢肿瘤进行穿刺活检,在晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤等某些特殊病例的确诊与治疗中具有无可替代的重要作用。
Objective To study the value of treatment of the vaginal ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosis of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods 13 patients have a choice of initial diagnosis of advanced ovarian evil Tumors of patients in the vagina under ultrasound guided biopsy,taking tissue and tissue fluid delivery section Pathology and cytology.Results The vaginal ultrasound guided biopsy success rate of ovarian cancer 100%,needle biopsy results and pathological results was 100%.Conclusion The vaginal Selective ultrasound-guided biopsy of ovarian tumors in advanced ovarian cancer,etc.Some special cases diagnosed and treatment has an irreplaceable important role.
