120例成人肱骨干骨折手术治疗分析

目的探讨肱骨干骨折的有效治疗方法。方法对2002年6月～2008年12月收治的肱骨干骨折患者120例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,该组患者分别采用外固定支架术,交锁髓钉内固定术,钢板螺钉内固定术三种方法治疗,对三种手术方法的疗效和术后并发症进行比较。结果外固定支架组、交锁髓钉组、以及钢板螺钉组的优良率分别为92.3%、80.0%、72.0%;外固定支架组在术后并发症平均住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量等方面显著优于其它两组,P<0.05。结论外固定支架术治疗操作简单,对骨折的损伤较小且有利于骨折愈合,相对来说是一种比较理想的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the effective treatment of humeral fractures.Methods The clinical since June 2002 to December 2008 humeral fractures treated patients 114 cases of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed respectively,this group of patients with external fixation ZhiJiaShu bonegraft,nail plate fixation,screw internal fixation three methods of three kinds of treatment,operation methods and curative effect of postoperative complications were compared.Results The group,nails,and lock pulp steel screws groups respectively 80.0%,excellent,72.0%;92.3% Fixed support groups in the average length of time complications,operation time,peri-operative bleeding significantly superior to other two aspects,P0.05.Conclusion The treatment of simple operation,ZhiJiaShu of fractures and less damage fracture healing,is a relatively ideal treatment.
