重症急性胰腺炎营养支持治疗的研究

目的探讨营养支持在重症急性胰腺炎病人治疗中的价值及意义。方法在常规治疗的基础上,对86例重症急性胰腺炎进行营养支持治疗。结果营养支持虽不能改变急性胰腺炎的病理过程和病情发展,但可以减少并发症的发生率,降低病死率。结论营养支持在重症急性胰腺炎治疗过程中是十分重要的,给予营养支持治疗的时机、营养支持的途径和组成成分都将对疾病的治疗效果产生显著的影响。

Objective To investigate the nutritional support of patients in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis the value and significance.Methods Based on conventional treatment,86 cases of nutritional support in severe acute pancreatitis treatment.Results Nutritional support while not change the results of the pathological process of acute pancreatitis and the progression of the disease,but can reduce the incidence of complications and reduce mortality.Conclusion Nutritional support in severe acute pancreatitis during the treatment is very important,given the timing of nutritional support,nutritional support and composition of both the way the disease will be a significant treatment effect.
