氟化泡沫预防可摘局部义齿基牙损坏的临床价值研究

摘要 目的探讨氟化泡沫预防可摘局部义齿基牙损坏的临床价值。方法 200例戴可摘局部义齿的患者被分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规基牙维护,实验组加用氟化泡沫。结果实验组在龋齿新增发病率,龋齿新增平均颗数,及RPDs失败率等指标方面均显著优于对照组,显示了更好的临床效果。结论氟化泡沫应用于戴RPDs的患者,拓展了氟化泡沫的临床使用范围,提高了其防龋效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。 Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of fluoride froth used in prevention of RPDs patients with butment damage.Methods 200 cases of RPDs patients were divided into experimental group and control group,the routine maintenance was used for control group,and fluoride froth was added for experimental group.Results The indexes such as rate of new decayed tooth,failure rate of RPDs in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group,it showed better clinical effect.Conclusion The fluoride froth used for RPDs patients can expand the clinical scope and enhance the effect of anti-decayed tooth,so it is deserved promoting and applying in clinical work.
