黛力新治疗功能性消化不良疗效评价

目的观察评价黛力新联合促动力和制酸药物治疗功能性消化不良的近期疗效。方法随机将85例功能性消化不良的患者分为两组。对照组采用雷贝拉唑、枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用黛力新治疗。治疗8周。结果治疗8周后治疗组显效31例(72.1%),有效8例(18.6%),无效4例(9.3%),总有效率90.7%;对照组显效23例(54.8%),有效7例(16.7%),无效12例(28.6%),总有效率71.4%。两组显效率和总有效率比较,差异均有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论黛力新与雷贝拉唑对功能性消化不良的近期及维持治疗均有良好疗效,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate Deanxit prokinetic and acid combined therapy short-term effect of functional dyspepsia.Methods 85 patients were randomly functional dyspepsia patients into two groups.Control group rabeprazole,mosapride citrate treatment.The treatment group were based on the use Deanxit therapy treatment.Effect for 8 weeks.Results Symptom improvement after 8 weeks of treatment efficacy for the treatment group：31 cases markedly（72.1%）,effective in 8 cases（18.6%）,4 cases（9.3%）,total efficiency was 90.7%.Control group：23 cases markedly（54.8%）,effective in 7 patients（16.7%）,12 cases（28.6%）,total efficiency of 71.4%.The two groups were compared the efficiency and total efficiency,the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Deanxit and rabeprazole on functional dyspepsia and maintenance treatment of recent have a good effect,no significant adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical use.
