摘要
以角类肥蛛的精巢为材料对蜘蛛的减数分裂各个时期进行了观察，结果表明，蜘蛛精巢是减数分裂实验的好材料。
The stage of meiosis in spider was observed by testis of spider, Larniodes Cornuta . The results show that testis of spider is a good material for meiosis experiment.
