摘要
本文按磺化反应原理设计了一套以十二烷基苯作为原料，以６５％的发烟硫酸蒸发得到的ＳＯ３气体作为磺化剂的磺化反应实验装置，并对工艺条件进行了研究。该实验装置操作安全。
An experiment plant for sulfonation reaction was designed in this paper. In accordance with the principle of sulfonation, the dodecylbenzene was used as the material and SO 3 vaporized from 65% fuming sulfuric acid as the sulfonating agent, and the art conditions were studied also. This type of experiment plant is safe to operation and can be used in student experiment or scientific research.
