新一代抗组胺药治疗变应性鼻炎研究进展
摘要
鉴于第一代H1抗组胺药物有导致嗜睡和抗胆碱能作用而间接影响患者的生活质量；第二代口服H1抗组胺药虽已成为治疗变应性鼻炎的主要药物，但具有心脏毒性；目前无中枢镇静作用、无心脏毒副作用、药物相互作用少的第三代抗组胺药越来越受到关注。本文就近年来国内外学者对治疗变应性鼻炎的新一代抗组胺药物研究做一综述。
