摘要
巨大淋巴结增生症病因不明，在临床上突出表现为无痛性淋巴结肿大，分为局灶型和全身型。根据组织病理学可分为说明血管型、浆细胞型和混合型。本文主要从巨大淋巴结增生症的发病机制、诊断、治疗和预后方面做一综述。
