血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶-9与支气管哮喘的关系 被引量:7

Relationships between Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 支气管哮喘是一种呼吸道慢性炎症性疾病,主要特征是呼吸道炎症和呼吸道重塑,哮喘的反复发作严重影响儿童的生长发育和生活质量。血管内皮生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶-9的过量表达与哮喘发作时呼吸道炎症及呼吸道重塑的发生关系密切。现对血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶-9与支气管哮喘发病的关系做一综述。 Bronchial asthma is a kind of chronic airway inflammation disease,mainly characterized by airway inflammation and airway remodeling.Recurrent asthma seriously affected children′s growth and quality of life.The overexpression of vascular endothelial growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-9 have close relationships with airway inflammation and airway remodeling.This article is to make a summary about the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-9 and the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.
