通过对电子信息产品保护中存在的障碍和问题进行分析 ,探讨如何制定、健全信息工作的政策、法规、有关技术规范以及对加强数据库产品开发、使用过程中的知识产权保护、信息市场的保护和信息权利的国际法保护等应采取的对策。

By analyzing the electronic information production protection and obstruction of information superhighway, this paper discusses how to lay down information laws, statutes and technological mode, knowledge property right of database development and use, protection of information market, international law for protecting information right,etc.
