目的探讨口腔诊疗机构感染发生因素及控制措施。方法从传染三要素角度,提出相应的管理控制措施并严格执行。结果通过落实口腔诊疗机构管理对策,有效降低了医院感染发生,确保了医疗安全。结论通过健全和严格管理规章制度,加强知识培训和职业防护,严格执行操作规范,加强环境及器械消毒管理,加强医务人员手卫生,规范分类收集医疗废物,有效控制和降低口腔诊疗机构感染发生。

OBJECTIVE To discuss etiological factors and control strategies of nosocomial infection in department of stomatology. METHODS According to three factors of infection, the corresponding control measures were presented and carried out strict. RESULTS Through implementing infection control measure, the occurrence of nosocomial infection has been effectively reduced. The medlcal safety could be ensured. CONCLUSION The occurrence of nosocomial infection can be controlled and reduced by establishing the perfect rules and regulations, strengthening knowledge of nosocomial infection training and occupational protection, executing technical operation rules strictly, strengthening environmental and equipment disinfection management, strengthening hand hygiene and standardizing the classification of the collection of clinical waste.
