摘要
目的了解综合医院一次性使用无菌物品管理的现状并探讨改进方法。方法对全院35个科室展开调查,调查物品种类共142种,采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果一次性无菌物品的管理方面存在着相关制度、操作流程及库房管理不完善,致使有物品违章购入、过期失效;质量检测覆盖率89.0%;质量检测合格率96.0%,其中核验证件、外观与包装、理化及生物检测合格率分别为98.3%、95.0%、96.5%。结论一次性无菌物品在采购、验收、贮存保管、发放、使用、回收处理等环节存在着安全隐患,医院感染管理科应加强监管,完善并落实相关制度、规范操作流程。
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of disposable sterile goods in management and explore improved measures. METHODS A total of 35 sections in hospital which included the equipment section, sterile and supplied room, 25 clinical departments, 8 medical departments, were investigated widely, and 142 kinds of items were involved. SPSS11. 5 was used for statistical analysis of materials. RESULTS There was some short comings on the management of disposable sterile goods, such as relative system, operational processes and warehouse management aspects, which resulted in the goods illegal-purchased and expired. Quality inspection coverage was 89% Quality detection qualified rate was 96%, including verification credentials, appearance and packing, physics and chemistry, the biological examination qualified rates were respectively 93. 8%, 95% and 96. 5%, respectively. CONCLUSION It has security risks of disposable sterile goods in purchase, check, storage, delivery, use and recycling, and so on. The supervision of hospital infection management should be strengthen to improve and implement the relative systems, standardize the operational processes.
