医院病区医疗废物传送通道的管理

Management of medical waste transmission in hospital ward

目的加强医院病区医疗废物传送通道的管理,控制医院感染发生。方法制定病区医疗废物传送通道规范化管理的方法,加强投放人员培训,明确利用传输通道的物品分类,选择牢固的包装袋,病区设专人负责。结果医疗废物传送通道存在医疗废物投放不规范,污物袋制作不符合要求,投放时间不规范,病区无专人负责,医院感染科无专项监督人员,对该项工作监督管理落实不到位等问题,通过加强管理使病区医疗废物通道传输通畅、分类严格、避免医院感染的发生。结论加强医院医疗废物送出通道的规范管理,是医院管理控制医院感染的一个重要环节,不容忽视。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of the medical waste in hospital patientrs ward, so as to control the occurrence of hospital infection. METHODS Corresponding countermeasures were adopted to solve the problems exited in the management of hospital waste transmission path. The training of the delivery personnel was strengthened and management was standardized, the objects classification in the transmission path was clearly used. The fixed packages were selected and the hospital wards were taken charged by the professional staff. RESULTS The delivery of medical waste in transmission paths and the delivery time were not standard, the facture of medical waste package did not meet the requirement, there were no professional staff taking charge of the hospital wards, there were no special supervisors in department of nosoeomial infection, the supervising management of the work was not actually implemented. Through strengthening the management, the medical waste transmission path was unobstructed, the medical waste was strictly classified, then the occurrence of hospital infection was avoided. CONCLUSION Strengthening the management of hospital waste transmission is one of the most important links of controlling the nosocomial infection, which should never be neglected.
