摘要
目的监测外科病区病原菌的分布及非发酵菌耐药状况,为临床医师合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对2008年1月-2009年12月外科病区患者各类标本分离出的非重复菌株,采用梅里埃自动微生物分析仪ATBExpression及配套试剂、试条进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果分离鉴定出病原菌2672株,革兰阴性杆菌1928株占72.16%,革兰阳性球菌282株占10.55%,真菌462株占17.29%;其中非发酵菌1022株,占38.25%。结论外科病区病原菌以非发酵菌为主,耐药性日益严重,定期的细菌学监测,对合理使用抗菌药物具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To monitor the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in surgery ward, to provide reference for the rational use of antibacterial agents in clinics. METHODS Identification and antimincrobiol susceptibility test were performed by VITEK ATB Expression system. RESULTS Totally 2672 strains of pathogens, including 1928 strains of Gram negative bacteria (72. 16%), 282 strains of Gram-positive bacteria (10.55%),462 strains of fungal (17.29%), were isolated, among which 1022 strains of non-fermenting bacteria occupied 38. 25%. CONCLUSION The main pathogens in surgery ward are non-fermenting bacteria, the drug resistances are increasing. So it is very important to monito, the trends periodically which has great significance for the rational use of antibiotics.
