2008-2009年新疆地区泌尿道感染病原菌变迁及耐药性分析 被引量:1

Distribution and antibiotic resistance analysis of pathogens causing urinary tract infection in Xinjiang during 2008-2009

摘要 目的分析2年医院泌尿道感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用VITEK-2全自动微生物仪进行鉴定及药敏试验,WHONET5.3软件分析病原菌的分布及耐药情况。结果 2008、2009年大肠埃希菌是泌尿道感染最主要的致病菌,分别占47.7%和43.7%,其次为肠球菌属,分别占11.4%和10.5%;两年主要病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率呈上升趋势。结论尿培养的病原菌仍以大肠埃希菌为主,多药耐药的病原菌分布呈上升趋势。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and antibiotic susceptibility of pathogens causing urinary infection, to provide bases for the guide of rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic. METHODS The isolated strains were taken for identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing by using VITEK 2 automatic microbiological analysis/sensitivity system. The data were analyzed by WHONET 5.3. RESULTS Escherichia coli was the most common bacteria in the urinary tract infection (47. 7% and 43. 7%), and then were Enterococcus (11.4% and 10.5%). The results of antibiotic susceptibility test in vitro showed the susceptibility rate of main strains has increased tendency. CONCLUSION The most common pathogen causing urinary infection is E. coli, the distribution of multidrug-resistant bacteria has increasing: tendency.
