Investigation of drug resistance of escherichia coli causing tract infections

摘要 目的了解尿路感染大肠埃希菌(ECO)的耐药现状,为临床医师合理用药提供参考依据。方法按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行ECO培养,采用K-B法对222株ECO进行药物敏感试验;采用双纸片扩散法检测产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株。结果 ECO对亚胺培南100.0%敏感;对其他抗菌药物产生了不同程度的耐药性;产ESBLs ECO占38.3%。结论尿路感染ECO的耐药现状不可忽视,必须进行细菌耐药性监测,此举有利于控制细菌耐药性的产生与扩散。 OBJECTIVE To understand the drug resistance of Escherichia coli with urinary tract infections and to provide the scientific reference for clinically reasonable application of antibiotics. METHODS ECO were cultured by referring to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures. The susceptibility testing were performed by K-B methods for 222 strains of ECO isolates. The extended spectrum β-lactamase (ESBLs)-producing strains were detected by double discs diffusion method. RESULTS ECO were 100% sensitive to imipenem. ECO were resistant to the other antibiotics to different extents. The ESBLs-producing strains accounted for 38. 3%. CONCLUSION The drug resistance status of ECO with urinary tract infections should not be ignored. The monitoring of bacterial drug-resistance should be strengthened to control the occurrence and spreading of resistant strains.
