摘要
经离子注入将大豆的DNA导入小麦栽培品种新麦9号,测定了其不同发育时期MDH同工酶的变化。结果表明:离子注入介导转大豆DNA处理后,在拔节期、抽穗期、灌浆期和成熟期均引起了小麦MDH活性和带型上的变化,且离子束介导转大豆DNA片段处理对MDH的影响大于离子束介导转大豆全长DNA的处理。
The wheat seeds of xinmai No.9 were treated by ion implantation and DNA solution soaking.And detected the variety of the wheat at different development period by PAGE method.The results showed that the variety of activity and bands of MDH could be detected in jointing stage,heading period,maturity period.The treatment of DNA fragments had more influnence to MDH than full-length DNA treatment.
