摘要
构建图书馆达人培育机制,就是通过新颖、时尚的方法,激发图书馆从业人员尤其是年轻馆员钻研业务理论与技能的热情,达到切实加强图书馆专业技术人员队伍建设及推动我国图书馆事业和谐、健康、科学、有序发展的目的。构建图书馆达人培育机制要在一定构建原则的基础上,明确图书馆达人的界定标准,构建从低到高的培育体系、形式多样的培育平台、灵活实用的激励机制及公平科学的评价体系。
Constructing the training mechanism for library intelligent is to arouse the librarians' enthusiasm of studying business theories and skills through the novel and fashionable way,in order to strengthen the personnel training for professional technology librarians and promote the harmony,healthy,scientific and orderly development of librarianship.Constructing the training mechanism for library intelligent should be based on the certain construction principles,make a clear definition standard of library intelligent,and construct the low-to-high training mechanism,various training platforms,flexible and useful incentive mechanisms as well as fair and scientific evaluation system.
