贵州省2008～2009年麻疹实验室网络运转情况分析

The Running Status of Measles Laboratory Network of Guizhou Province in 2008-2009

目的评价贵州省麻疹实验室网络(Measles Laboratory Network,MLN)的运转情况。方法对贵州省2008～2009年MLN的各项监测数据进行分析。结果①血清学监测:2008～2009年共报告疑似麻疹4138例,采集血清标本3814份,标本采集率为92.2%,及时送检率89.2%,实验室诊断病例占86.2%。其中麻疹IgM抗体阳性1278份,阳性率为33.5%;风疹IgM抗体阳性980份,阳性率为25.7%。14起麻疹爆发均得到实验室确诊。②病毒学监测:2008～2009年共采集42份咽拭子或尿液标本,分离到7株麻疹病毒,经鉴定均为麻疹野病毒H1a亚型。③MLN质量控制:省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)麻疹实验室2008～2009年通过了职能考核和现场认证以及血清标本复核;9个市(地区、州)CDC麻疹实验室均通过了省CDC组织的血清标本盲样考核;全省复核上送血清标本472份,符合率96.8%。结论贵州省MLN运转良好,为疑似麻疹病例的实验室诊断和流行病学监测提供了技术支持。

Objective To evaluate the running status of Guizhou provincial measles laboratory network.Methods To analyze surveillance results of measles laboratory network during 2008-2009.Results ①Serologic surveillance：4138 suspected measles cases were reported during 2008-2009,and 3814 measles sera samples were collected.The collection rate was 92.9%,and the rate of sample sending in time was 89.2%,and rate of laboratory diagnosis of measles cases was 86.2%.1278 sample measles IgM were positive and the positive rate was 33.5%,980 samples rubella IgM were positive and the positive rate was 25.7%.14 outbreaks were laboratory diagnosed as measles.②Virologic surveillance：7 strains of measles virus were successfully isolated from 42 throat swabs and urine samples in 2008-2009,all were certified as H1a genotype.③Laboratory quality control：Guizhou provincial measles laboratory passed the proficiency test and on-site review,and the provincial measles laboratory passed the sera samples recheck by National laboratory for measles during 2008 to 2009.qe municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention（CDC）measles laboratory passed the sera proficiency test by the provincial measles laboratory（got full scores）.The confirmation rate was 96.8% in the 472 sera samples sent by the municipal CDC measles laboratory.Conclusion The running status of Measles Laboratory Network of Guizhou province was good,which provided the technical support for suspected measles cases of the laboratory diagnosis and epidemiological surveillance.
