摘要
塞缪尔·贝克特的《最后一盘录音带》和爱德华·阿尔比的《动物园的故事》都属于荒诞派剧作,但蕴含着诸多不同之处。本文拟分析两剧的相似性,但重点从三个方面比较两剧的差异:"无形的戏剧冲突"对"有形的戏剧冲突";"消解性的戏剧语言和戏剧动作"对"构建性的戏剧语言和戏剧动作";"无为的寓意"对"有为的寓意"。两剧的对比研究有助于加深对欧美荒诞派戏剧的认识和理解。
The Zoo Story by Edwar Albee and Krapp＇s Last Tape by Samuel Beckett are two absurd plays,but there are lots of differences between them.This article briefly analyzes the similarities of the two plays and explores their differences from three aspects：＂invisible dramatic conflict＂versus＂visible dramatic conflict＂;＂deconstructive dramatic language and dramatic movement＂ versus ＂constructive dramatic language and dramatic movement＂;＂inactive implied meaning ＂ versus ＂active implied meaning＂.This comparative study helps us better understand European and American absurd plays.
