克服定义式经济法责任研究的局限性需要一个语言学转向。这一转向是哲学中的语言学转向在经济法学领域中的运用与发展,有利于突破经济法语言瓶颈、克服经济法的先天性语言困境;这一转向的具体内容就是从经济法责任特定的宏观语境、中观语境及微观语境来理解和把握经济法责任的意义。

A linguistic turn is necessary for overcoming the insufficiency of economic law research mode of definition. It is the utilization and development of linguistic turn in economic law theory, is helpful to break through language bottleneck of economic law and overcome innate language dilemma. The content of the turn is to understand and grasp the meaning of liability in economic law from the particular macrocontext, middle context and micro-context.
