摘要
上海都市圈内部各个城市近年来在产业结构、吸引外资等方面的冲突屡屡发生。这种不必要的竞争降低了区域的整体效率。要想增强整体竞争力,实现经济高效、持续的增长,上海都市圈必须进行合理的产业分工,走向区域经济一体化。为了能够准确地反映上海都市圈分工现状,本文采用区域专业系数和区域配置系数对目前都市圈二、三产业专业化优势进行测算,根据结果将其归纳为四类:专业化支柱行业、移出型行业、潜力型行业和竞争型行业。在此基础上,基于生态仿生学原理提出了上海都市圈经济一体化构想。
Recently cities within Shanghai metropolitan area often have conflicts in industrial structure and attraction of foreign investment, which greatly reduces the total efficiency of the region. In order to enhance the competitiveness and promote economic efficiency, cities within this area should carry out a reasonable industrial division to achieve economic integration. This paper uses regional allocation coefficients and specialization coefficient to reflect the status of industrial division of the labor.
