摘要
随着云硫露天开采面的扩大,矿床疏干水量越来越大,早期设计的酸性水处理设施已不能将其完全处理成达标排放水。矿业分公司通过对不同水样进行浮选小型试验,并将试验结果应用于工业实践,实现了酸性处理水在选矿作业中的循环利用,降低了浮选清水用量,消除了环保隐患,实现了节能减排。
The quantities of drainage water from pyrite bed became bigger with the enlargement of open mining area in Yunfu Pyrite Mine.The facilities designed for treating acidic water in early phase could not discharge water that had reached the discharge standard.The mining branch carried out flotation test for different water samples,and used the test results into industrial practice.So,the acidic treatment water was successfully recycled into flotation stage,it decreased the quantities of fresh water for flotation,and realized the target of energy saving and emission reduction.
