摘要
在超声波法测量的理论基础上开发设计了一次风煤粉浓度测量系统。测量系统的硬件部分主要包括超声波传感器驱动电路、超声波接收电路和控制电路部分。驱动电路的主要拓扑结构为单相全桥逆变电路,接收电路主要由两级放大电路和滤波电路实现。控制芯片选择TI公司的TMS320F2812型号的DSP芯片,其内部程序在CCS3.3环境下编写。
The pulverized coal concentration measurement system is designed which is based on the theory of ultrasonic measurement. The hardware part of the measurement system includes ultrasonic sensor drive circuit, ultrasonic wave receiver circuit and control circuit. The drive circuit topology is the single-phase full-bridge inverter circuit, the receiving circuit is mainly used two amplifier and filter circuit to achieve and the control chip is TI's DSP chip of TMS320F2812, its internal procedures is programmed under the environment of CCS3.3.
