China has entered a system reconstruction phase for the new round of medical reform.As the core of health care reform,the health care system reform was remarkable.Features of medical services and the complexity of the correlations demonstrated the difficulty and importance of the medical reform in China.Practice has proved that the commercialization and market-oriented with the absence of government is NOT the fundamental direction of the new medical reform.Furthermore,the government leadership responsibility is to increase financial input,optimize resource allocation,deliver diversification of service and to strengthen information disclosure in the new health care reform.
