摘要 为获取复杂系统SDG建模时所需的深层知识,探讨了复杂系统工作机理分析过程,提出了功能结构树概念。功能结构树作为构建SDG诊断模型的平台,组织存储系统功能、行为、故障等知识。给出了从系统功能结构树构建关联矩阵进而自动建立过程动态SDG模型的方法。与手工建模相比,该方法省时省力、不易出错、易维护,并能满足SDG模型需要随实际系统工作状态变化而动态调整的要求。以A320飞机气源系统SDG建模为例,说明了该方法的应用。 To obtain the deep knowledge required for SDG modeling of a complex system,the analysis process of system working mechanism was discussed and a concept of FST was presented.FST is a kind of platform for constructing the SDG model,as it organizes diagnostic knowledge such as system function,behavior,failure.The approach of SDG modeling was introduced,which was to construct conjunction matrix based on FST,then transform it to graph.Compared with SDG structured manually,this approach saves time and efforts.It can be less error-prone and easy to maintain,It also meets the requirements of dynamic adjustment of SDG model due to changes in actual working conditions.Finally,the applicability of the approach was demonstrated with a case study of SDG modeling for A320 aircraft pneumatics system.
