摘要
在传统的变电站有人值班运营模式成本分析的基础上,基于全寿命周期成本理论分析了调控一体化运营模式的全寿命周期成本。通过对增量成本、增量收益及增量利润的分析,建立了调控一体化项目全寿命周期成本模型,对实施调控一体化所带来的经济效益进行了评价,并分析了项目盈亏平衡点。结合具体实例,说明了调控一体化项目的经济性。
Based on the cost analysis of the operation mode of the traditional substations with operators on duty,the paper decomposes the full life-cycle cost in the mode of integrated dispatching and supervisory control in terms of the full life-cycle theory.By analyzing the incremental cost,income and profit,the model of full life-cycle cost of integrated dispatching and supervisory control management is built up.In addition,its economic benefit is evaluated and the break-even point is also obtained.Finally,the integrated dispatching and supervisory control project is proved economical in practice.
