Technology Application of Burning Bituminous Coal in Lean Coal-fired 1 025 t/h Boiler and its Effect on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction

摘要 某厂1 025 t/h直流锅炉原设计煤种为贫煤,近年来由于入炉煤质与设计煤质差距很大,导致锅炉效率低、水冷壁高温腐蚀、NOx排放高、设备不安全等一系列问题。为此,锅炉设计煤种由贫煤改为烟煤,制粉系统和燃烧系统也进行了适应性改造。改造后锅炉效率提高,NOx排放水平大幅降低,同时消除了高温腐蚀隐患。 The original designed coal for a 1 025 t/h once-through boiler is lean coal.In recent years,however,the coal into the boiler furnace differs greatly from the design,resulting in low boiler efficiency,water cooled wall high temperature corrosion and high NOx emissions,etc.Therefore,bituminous coal is used in the boiler instead;meanwhile the burning system is modified accordingly,including the re-designed burner and the direct-fired pulverizing system with middle speed mill.It is proved that the modification has improved boiler efficiency,lowered the NOx emission and decreased the possibility of high temperature corrosion.
