摘要
巡视系统对无人值守变电站的安全运行有着重要的作用。其中运动目标检测是智能巡视的关键。介绍了运动目标检测的原理、常用方法和在巡视系统中的应用。针对以前目标检测方法的不足,提出了基于区域特征和局部特征融合的运动目标检测算法。试验表明,本方法在运行时间和检测率方面比以往的方法有较大的提高。
Intelligent inspection system is very important for the operation of an un-attended substation,in which,the moving target detection is regarded as the key stone.Therefore,this paper presents the principles,methods and applications of moving target detection system and a moving target detection algorithm model based on the fusion of region feature and local feature is proposed.Finally,the experiment demonstrates this model has better performance and less running time than the previous ones.
