摘要
在保留进口调节挡板的基础上,应用高压变频调速装置对煤、高炉煤气混烧电厂锅炉吸风机进行变频改造,大大降低吸风机消耗的能量,还能提高吸风机系统的可用率。通过对DCS控制系统硬件、软件的设计和调试,实现了混烧电厂350 MW机组吸风机多种运行方式下炉膛负压的稳定控制。
With the inlet control damper retained,constructing high voltage inverter to alter the induced draft fan on boiler at coal and blast furnace co-firing power plant,can not only decrease the fan power consumption,but also improve the availability of the draft fan system.By means of design and adjustments of hardware and software of DCS control system,the paper proves that the stability of the furnace pressures of the induced draft fans in 350 MW co-firing unit can be realized.
