摘要
目的:探讨三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运子A1(ABCA1)基因M883I多态性与冠心病及血脂水平相关性。方法:冠心病组358例(维吾尔族180例,汉族178例);对照组160例(维吾尔族65例,汉族95例)。用聚合酶链式反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测维吾尔族和汉族冠心病组及对照组ABCA1基因M883I多态性。结果:在冠心病组和对照组中,维吾尔族各基因型频率和等位基因频率与汉族比较差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。M883I多态性基因型频率及等位基因频率在两个民族冠心病组和对照组间分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同基因型间的血脂水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ABCA1基因M883I多态性M等位基因频率在维吾尔族和汉族间有差异;ABCA1 M883I多态性与维吾尔族、汉族冠心病及血脂水平无明显相关。
Objectives: To investigate the relationship between M883I polymorphism of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) gene and coronary heart disease (CAD) in Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang area. Methods : Our research included two groups, CAD group, n = 358, which contained 180 Uygur patients and 178 Han patients, and Control group of non CDA individuals, n = 160, which contained 65 Uygur and 95 Han subjects. PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism was performed to analyze M883I polymorphism of ABCA1 gene in both groups for two races. Results: In both CAD group and Control group, the genotype frequency distribution and the frequency of allele for M883I polymorphism were significantly lower in Uygur than Han nationality (46. 3% vs. 74. 2% ) and (43. 1% vs. 66. 8% ) ,P 〈0.01 respectively. The frequency distribution of genotype and allele were no real differences between two races, P 〉 0. 05. The level of blood lipids in different genotypes of M883I polymorphism were no statistic differences between Uygur and Han races ,P 〉 0.05. Conclusion: The genotype frequency distribution and the frequency of allele for M883I polymorphism of ABCA1 gene were different between Uygur and Han races. There was no correlation between M883I polymorphism with CAD and blood lipid metabo- lism in neither races in Xiniiang area.
